01

From property information to an explorable digital experience

SkySOLIS was designed to bring project visualization, apartment information and sales actions into a single interactive experience. Instead of presenting floor plans, renders and property data as disconnected assets, the product needed to let users move through the project spatially while keeping relevant information accessible.

The design challenge was to preserve the immersive quality of the 360° content while providing enough navigation, orientation and property context to support confident exploration.

02

Designing for clarity, confidence and action

The product needed to support several activities within the same experience: exploring 360° spaces, narrowing available units, reviewing property information and continuing toward a sales action.

My design focus was to keep these activities connected through clear navigation, predictable interactions and a consistent information hierarchy — helping users move from exploration to consideration without breaking the browsing flow.

03

What could get in the way of exploration

Mapping the experience across 360° content, property data and interactive controls surfaced four areas that could make exploration difficult if they were not handled carefully. These became the main UX considerations guiding the interface and interaction decisions.

Orientation
Keep users aware of where they are while moving through spatial content.

Navigation
Make core controls easy to find and consistent across the experience.

Information Density
Surface useful property data without overcrowding the visual environment.

Interaction Clarity
Make available actions and next steps immediately understandable.

04

From project exploration to property decision-making

I structured the experience as a progressive property-discovery journey, moving from project-level exploration toward individual unit evaluation. Users could narrow available units, retain spatial context, explore a selected apartment in 360°, and access the information needed for the next action.

Persistent navigation and contextual controls connected these states into one continuous journey rather than a series of disconnected screens.

Explore → Navigate → Experience → Evaluate & Act

05

Keeping the experience consistent across views and devices

As the experience expanded across project views, apartment details and immersive 360° spaces, consistency became essential to keeping interactions predictable. Repeated interface patterns helped align navigation, filters, property information and key actions across the product.

These patterns were later organized into a clearer interface system of reusable components, variables and shared rules — making the underlying design logic easier to maintain and communicate across desktop and mobile.

06

From passive viewing to interactive property discovery

The earlier experience was built around separate views and mostly static content. I refined the journey to make exploration more connected — helping users understand where they are, move through the property more naturally and keep relevant options within reach.

Spatial exploration

From static visualization to interactive spatial exploration

Amenities, 360° views and the project model became more interactive. Users could move through amenity zones, understand their position through a mini-map, explore additional viewpoints around the building and rotate the project model directly.

07

Beyond visualization

SkySOLIS evolved beyond a visualization website into a digital experience supporting property discovery across a development of 1,101 units.

Sales Enablement

The experience was designed to give sales teams a more structured way to present the project and guide conversations around relevant property options.

SkySOLIS was featured on VTV3 as the project gained broader public visibility.

SkySOLIS showed how digital visualization can become part of the property sales experience — not just a way to showcase a development.
